Flat colored turnaround with three expressions of your choosing.
(Props may be added, + $10 USD per prop)
(+ $40 USD per outfit)

Prices are listed as a baseline, and may be adjusted based on the following:

📝Terms of Service

• Do not use my art for any generative AI, AI training tools, or any other related space.• Do not use or edit my art to promote hateful imagery and rhetoric (racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.)• Clients will not copy or trace my art unless expressively given permission from me.• Clients may edit commissions in minor ways (profile pictures, social media banners, YouTube thumbnails, or anything similar).• Clients must credit Serphoz when sharing or reposting commissioned work.• Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.• I retain the right to use commissioned work for self-promotion, such as example work on my commission site.• I reserve the right to refuse any commission or project.• I reserve the right to cancel any ongoing project if necessary (see REFUND POLICY for more information).

💲Payment and Pricing

• Payments are sent through Paypal or Venmo.• Prices are listed as a baseline, and may be adjusted according to complexity and/or the amount of characters.• Commissions are accepted once an invoice has been issued and the full amount has been paid OR the first payment of an agreed payment plan is paid.• Payment plans are available for projects $100 USD and above.• All commissions must be paid in full before completion.

↩️Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for commissions that have not been started.• Partial refunds may be available for commissions I have started and will vary depending on the extent of a commission's completion.• Partial refunds are available if I am unable to complete a commission within a reasonable, timely manner (6 months with no communication).• Any delays in completing your commission will be clearly communicated.• There will be NO REFUNDS once the commission is completed.

🎨PROCESS

• Since I am a full-time student, turnaround times may vary depending on the scope and complexity of a commission/project.• For ALL commission types, a sketch will be sent for your approval. I ask that any and all changes must be requested at this time.• Requested changes following the lineart stage may result in additional fees.• Minor changes (missing accessories, missing facial/clothing details, incorrect eye color, etc.) will be corrected with no additional fees.• Completed commissions will be sent through a Google Drive link unless otherwise specified.

Reach out to me on Discord @serphoz or email me at [email protected] to reserve a slot!I will reach out to you when it is your turn, please provide the following:• Commission type• References of your character(s) and desired pose and/or expression• Description of background (if the background is detailed and more than simple/abstract, I ask that you provide a reference or a detailed description)We will discuss and agree on pricing and payment before I send an invoice. NOTE: If you are unable to pay full or partial price, your spot will be held until you are ready.Following payment, I'll provide at least one WIP where you will be responsible for requesting corrections and changes to the commission before I proceed.
